These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the rusd4d platform. Please read this agreement carefully before registering an account or placing any wager. By accessing rusd4d you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted every clause set out below.

To open an Account and use the rusd4d Platform you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:
Each Player is permitted to hold only one active Account on the rusd4d Platform at any given time. Opening duplicate, secondary, or substitute Accounts — whether under the same name, a different name, a different email address, or using a different device — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of any Balance therein.
You must provide complete, accurate, and current information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, email address, and phone number. You are responsible for keeping this information current. rusd4d accepts no liability for service disruptions, delayed withdrawals, or failed communications resulting from inaccurate registration details provided by the Player.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials — username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your credentials with any third party. rusd4d will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. Any unauthorised access to your Account must be reported to our support team immediately at [email protected].
You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money Balance (net of outstanding Bonus Funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to your nominated Indonesian bank account or e-wallet following satisfactory completion of KYC verification.
rusd4d is committed to operating a secure platform that prevents fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling. To that end, every Account is subject to identity verification (KYC) before any withdrawal request is processed. The Company reserves the right to request KYC documentation at any time, including at registration, prior to bonus activation, or following unusual account activity.
rusd4d aims to complete standard KYC reviews within 24–48 hours WIB of receiving all required documentation. Complex cases or those requiring additional documentation may take up to 5 business days. Withdrawals remain on hold until verification is successfully completed.
rusd4d accepts deposits via the following Indonesian payment channels:
All deposits must be made from a payment account held in your own name. Deposits from accounts belonging to third parties — including family members — are not permitted and may result in Account suspension and return of funds.
The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000. There is no standard maximum deposit limit; however, large deposits may trigger enhanced due-diligence checks under our anti-money-laundering procedures. Players may set voluntary deposit limits via the Responsible Gaming section of their Account dashboard at any time.
Deposits via Indonesian bank transfer and all supported e-wallets are credited to the Player's Account Balance in real time upon confirmation of receipt. rusd4d does not charge any fee for deposits; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which the Company accepts no responsibility.
If a deposit is not reflected in your Account within 30 minutes of the transaction being completed on your bank or e-wallet side, please contact our support team at [email protected] and provide the transaction reference number, amount in Rupiah, and date and time (WIB) of the transfer.
A Player may request a withdrawal of real-money funds from their Account Balance at any time, subject to: (a) successful completion of KYC verification; (b) no outstanding Bonus Funds wagering requirements that restrict withdrawal; and (c) the Account being in good standing with no pending security review.
Withdrawals are processed to the same Indonesian bank account or e-wallet used for the Player's most recent deposit, as a default. Withdrawal to a different payment method is permitted only after additional verification confirming ownership of the new account. rusd4d does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
rusd4d targets a withdrawal processing time of under 15 minutes for standard verified withdrawals via Indonesian bank transfer and e-wallet, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including Indonesian public holidays such as Idul Fitri and Nyepi. Processing times may be extended during periods of unusually high volume or when additional security checks are required.
The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Maximum single-transaction withdrawal limits are displayed within the Account dashboard and may vary by payment method. Players who wish to withdraw amounts exceeding standard limits should contact support in advance to arrange processing.
rusd4d does not charge a fee for standard withdrawals. Network or transaction fees applied by the receiving bank or e-wallet provider are outside the Company's control and will be borne by the Player.
rusd4d offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, and seasonal offers tied to Indonesian cultural events such as Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, and Indonesian Independence Day (17 August). Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which are published on the applicable promotion page and take precedence over these general bonus clauses where they conflict.
Unless a specific promotion states otherwise, all Bonus Funds credited to a Player's Account are subject to a wagering requirement that must be completed before any portion of the Bonus or associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are calculated on the Bonus amount only (not the deposit amount) unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise. The applicable wagering multiplier and eligible games are specified in each promotion's terms.
rusd4d actively monitors accounts for patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk hedging strategies designed to complete wagering requirements with minimal risk; use of multiple Accounts to claim the same bonus; and coordinated play between two or more Accounts. Where bonus abuse is identified, the Company reserves the right to void the Bonus Funds, cancel associated winnings, and — in serious cases — suspend the Account.
Bonus Funds and free-spin awards that are not used within the validity period specified in the relevant promotion's terms will expire automatically and be removed from the Player's Account without replacement or compensation.

In the event of a game malfunction, software error, or network interruption that affects the outcome or settlement of a wager, rusd4d reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the Player's Account Balance. This applies to all game types including sports betting markets. The Company's decision in such matters is final.
Sports betting markets — covering BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, UEFA Champions League, Piala AFF, Timnas Indonesia fixtures, Mobile Legends MPL, and all other listed events — are governed by the rusd4d Sportsbook Rules published separately on the Sportsbook page. rusd4d reserves the right to refuse or limit any wager at its sole discretion, including wagers that exceed platform maximum bet limits, wagers placed after an event has commenced where in-play betting is not offered, or wagers where the Company has reasonable grounds to suspect integrity concerns regarding the relevant event.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the rusd4d Platform. Engaging in any of the below may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance, and where appropriate, reporting to relevant authorities:

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, rusd4d and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable to any Player for:
Where liability cannot be excluded by law, the Company's maximum aggregate liability to any Player arising from or in connection with use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
The collection, storage, use, and protection of your personal data by rusd4d is governed by the rusd4d Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this agreement and is incorporated herein by reference. By registering an Account, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted the Privacy Policy in full.
rusd4d processes personal data — including your name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, bank account details with BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, or other supported institutions, and e-wallet identifiers with OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, or LinkAja — for the purposes of account management, payment processing, KYC verification, fraud prevention, and customer support. Data is stored with 256-bit SSL encryption and is never sold to third parties for marketing purposes.
rusd4d reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email notification to the address on file and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform homepage. Amended Terms take effect on the date stated in the notice. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Players who do not accept an amended version of the Terms must notify rusd4d by email at [email protected] before the effective date and request Account closure. In such cases, any real-money Balance will be returned subject to standard withdrawal procedures.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognised principles of commercial law as applied by the jurisdiction in which rusd4d holds its operating licence. The Platform is operated for and directed at players resident in Indonesia; however, the laws of the Republic of Indonesia with respect to online gaming are evolving, and it is the Player's sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the Platform is lawful in their jurisdiction of residence.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through the Company's internal complaints procedure (see Clause 16) shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of a mutually agreed international arbitration body. Nothing in this clause limits either party's right to seek urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.
