1Definitions

The following definitions apply throughout this Privacy Policy:

rusd4d collects personal data through three primary channels: information you provide directly, information generated automatically by your use of the Platform, and information received from trusted third-party partners. The following details each category.

2.1 Data You Provide Directly

• Registration data: Full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, email address, and mobile phone number.
• KYC documents: Scanned copy or photograph of your Indonesian national identity card (KTP), passport, or driver's licence (SIM); proof of address such as a utility bill or bank statement from BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI, or Bank Permata dated within 90 days.
• Payment information: Indonesian bank account details (account number and account holder name) for BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI, and Bank Permata; e-wallet identifiers for OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. rusd4d does not store full card numbers or CVV codes.
• Communications: Messages sent to our support team via live chat or email, including the content of complaints and dispute submissions.
• Responsible gaming preferences: Deposit limits, session time alerts, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion requests set by you in the account dashboard.

2.2 Data Generated Automatically

• Device and browser data: IP address, device type, operating system, browser type and version, screen resolution, and mobile network operator.
• Usage data: Pages viewed, games launched, betting history, session duration and frequency, login timestamps (all recorded in WIB), and navigation paths within the Platform.
• Transaction logs: Deposit and withdrawal amounts in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR), transaction timestamps, payment method used, and transaction status.
• Cookie and tracking data: As described in Clause 6 of this Policy.

2.3 Data Received from Third Parties

• Identity verification services: Confirmation results from third-party KYC verification providers used to cross-check the accuracy of documents submitted.
• Payment processors: Transaction status updates from Indonesian bank networks and e-wallet operators (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) confirming payment completion or failure.
• Fraud and security providers: Risk scores and flagging signals from anti-fraud services used to protect the integrity of the Platform.
• Game studios: Aggregated, non-personally identifiable game event data from providers such as Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft to support dispute resolution.

3How We Use Your Data

rusd4d uses your personal data only for purposes that are legitimate, necessary, and proportionate. The table below maps each primary use case to its corresponding legal basis as defined in Clause 4.

• Account creation and management: Creating and maintaining your rusd4d account, enabling login, resetting credentials, and managing account settings.
• Identity and age verification: Completing KYC checks to confirm you are at least 21 years of age and a legitimate account holder, as required before processing withdrawals.
• Payment processing: Processing deposits and withdrawals to and from your Indonesian bank account or e-wallet, reconciling transaction records, and investigating failed payments.

4Legal Basis for Processing

rusd4d processes your personal data on one or more of the following recognised legal grounds:

• Legal obligation: Processing required to comply with applicable laws and regulations, including anti-money-laundering obligations and age-verification requirements.

rusd4d does not sell your personal data. We may share it only with the categories of recipient listed below, and only to the extent strictly necessary for the stated purpose.

5.1 Service Providers

We engage carefully selected third-party service providers who process data on our behalf under binding contractual obligations that prohibit them from using your data for any purpose beyond the contracted service. These include:

• KYC and identity verification providers.
• Payment processors facilitating transactions via Indonesian bank networks and e-wallet operators (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja).
• Cloud infrastructure and secure data-hosting providers.
• Anti-fraud and cybersecurity monitoring services.
• Customer support software providers used to manage live chat and email communications.

5.2 Game Studio Partners

Game studios — including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft — receive only the minimum data required to authenticate game sessions and resolve disputed game outcomes. Studios do not receive payment information or KYC documents.

5.3 Legal and Regulatory Authorities

rusd4d will disclose personal data to law enforcement agencies, regulatory authorities, or courts of competent jurisdiction when required to do so by a lawful order or when we have a good-faith belief that disclosure is necessary to prevent fraud, protect the safety of users, or meet legal obligations.

5.4 Business Transfers

In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or part of rusd4d's business, personal data held on Players may be transferred to the acquiring entity. Affected Players will be notified by email prior to any such transfer, and the acquiring entity will be bound by this Privacy Policy or a policy that offers equivalent protections.

The rusd4d Platform uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to ensure the site functions correctly, remember your preferences, and understand how Players interact with our services.

6.1 Types of Cookies We Use

• Strictly Necessary Cookies: Essential for the Platform to operate. These include session cookies that maintain your login state and security tokens that protect against cross-site request forgery (CSRF). These cannot be disabled without impairing Platform functionality.
• Functional Cookies: Remember your account preferences — such as language setting, responsible gaming limits, and display options — so you do not need to re-enter them on each visit.
• Analytics Cookies: Collect anonymised information about how Players use the Platform (pages visited, session length, device type) to help us improve performance and mobile responsiveness for Indonesian users. Data collected by analytics cookies does not personally identify you.

6.2 Managing Cookies

7Data Retention

rusd4d retains personal data only for as long as is necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected, or as required by applicable legal obligations. The following retention periods apply as a general guide:

• Account and registration data: Retained for the lifetime of the account plus a minimum of 5 years following account closure, to satisfy anti-money-laundering record-keeping requirements.
• KYC documents: Retained for a minimum of 5 years from the date of verification or account closure, whichever is later.
• Transaction records: All deposit and withdrawal records denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) are retained for a minimum of 5 years.
• Customer support communications: Retained for 3 years from the date of the last interaction, to support dispute resolution.
• Marketing consent records: Retained for the duration of the consent period plus 3 years, as evidence of lawful processing.
• Cookie and analytics data: Anonymised analytics data is retained for up to 24 months. Session cookies expire at the end of your browsing session.

Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, personal data is securely deleted or anonymised such that it can no longer be associated with an identifiable individual.

8Security Measures

rusd4d implements a comprehensive set of technical and organisational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, accidental loss, destruction, or disclosure.

• Transport security: All data in transit between your device and rusd4d servers is encrypted using TLS 1.2 or higher (256-bit SSL).
• Data-at-rest encryption: Sensitive personal data — including KYC documents and payment account details — is encrypted at rest using AES-256 encryption on secured cloud infrastructure.
• Access controls: Staff access to personal data systems is governed by role-based access control (RBAC). Privileged access requires multi-factor authentication and is logged for audit purposes.
• Penetration testing: The Platform undergoes regular third-party penetration testing and vulnerability assessments. Critical vulnerabilities are patched within 24 hours of identification.
• Incident response: rusd4d maintains a documented data breach response procedure. In the event of a breach that is likely to result in risk to Players, we will notify affected individuals and relevant authorities without undue delay.
• Staff training: All rusd4d employees and contractors who handle personal data undergo mandatory data protection and security training upon onboarding and annually thereafter.

9Your Rights

As a Player on the rusd4d Platform, you hold the following rights in relation to your personal data. To exercise any of these rights, submit a written request to [email protected]. rusd4d will respond within 30 days of receiving a valid request.

• Right of Access: Request a copy of the personal data rusd4d holds about you, along with information about how it is used and with whom it is shared.
• Right to Rectification: Request correction of any inaccurate or incomplete personal data held in your account profile.
• Right to Erasure ("Right to Be Forgotten"): Request deletion of your personal data where there is no legitimate legal or contractual ground for rusd4d to continue retaining it. Note that data subject to mandatory retention periods (see Clause 7) cannot be deleted before those periods expire.
• Right to Restrict Processing: Request that rusd4d limits the processing of your data in certain circumstances — for example, while the accuracy of the data is being contested.
• Right to Data Portability: Receive a copy of data you have actively provided to rusd4d in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format.
• Right to Object: Object to processing of your personal data carried out on the basis of legitimate interests, including profiling for fraud-prevention purposes.
• Right to Withdraw Consent: Where processing is based on your consent (e.g., marketing communications), you may withdraw that consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.
• Right to Complain: Lodge a complaint with the relevant data protection supervisory authority if you believe rusd4d has not handled your personal data in accordance with applicable law.

10Minors & Age Policy

The rusd4d Platform is strictly intended for adults. You must be at least 21 years of age to create an account, make deposits, or place wagers of any kind. rusd4d does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21.

If we become aware that a player account is held by a person under 21, the account will be suspended immediately, all winnings will be forfeited, and deposited funds will be returned to the originating payment method where technically feasible. Any personal data collected from an underage individual will be deleted as soon as the breach is identified.

11Third-Party Services

The rusd4d Platform integrates services from third-party providers to deliver a complete gaming experience. Each provider operates under its own privacy policy for data processed within its own systems. rusd4d is not responsible for the data practices of third-party services beyond the contractual obligations we impose on them as data processors.

Third-party integrations present on the Platform include game engines from Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft; payment gateways connected to Indonesian bank networks and e-wallet providers (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja); and platform infrastructure services. Players interacting directly with these providers — for example, by launching a live casino game powered by Evolution Gaming — may be subject to that provider's data processing as a separate controller. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party service you engage with directly.

12International Data Transfers

rusd4d's primary player base is located in Indonesia. Some of our third-party service providers — including cloud infrastructure providers and game studio partners — may process or store data on servers located outside Indonesia. Where personal data is transferred internationally, rusd4d ensures that appropriate safeguards are in place, including:

• Contractual clauses that require the recipient to protect personal data to a standard at least equivalent to this Privacy Policy.
• Transfers only to jurisdictions or organisations that implement recognised data-security standards, including ISO 27001 certification or equivalent.
• Data processing agreements with all third-party processors that explicitly prohibit use of personal data for any purpose beyond the contracted service.

13Policy Amendments

rusd4d may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our data practices, applicable law, or the services we offer. When material changes are made, we will notify registered Players via email to the address on file and post a prominent notice on the Platform homepage. The updated policy will state its effective date clearly at the top of the document.

Continued use of the rusd4d Platform after an updated Privacy Policy has taken effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not accept the updated policy, you must discontinue use of the Platform and may request account closure by contacting our support team.
